Features: this wine is characterized by a limpid ruby red color, with scent smells of violet, red rose, carcadè (red hibiscus), pink pepper, pomegranate, and cumin. Mentholated freshness can also be smelled.

On the palate, it is fresh, with very fine tannins. It also has hummus, mineral, balsamic, and seaside cliff hints. Food pairings: spicy and seasoned meats, aged and flavoured cheese, beefsteak, duck, game, truffle, etc.
