Refund policy

Carv Butchery would like to advise our customers to check all products carefully upon delivery.

If there are any instances when there is a wrong product or delivery of a product under the wrong storage condition, please highlight immediately to the delivery team and reject the item. Once Delivery Order is signed, the delivery is considered as accepted.

 

Can I return something that I received?
As we are dealing with allergen and temperature sensitive products, we uphold our product handling process strictly and thus items purchased cannot be exchanged, returned, or refunded, unless the item has been delivered in a damaged condition and rejected upon delivery. Damaged products will be replaced as soon as possible with the next delivery to your zone.

Returned goods must:

  • be in its original packaging,
  • retain its original label,
  • be kept in its intended proper storage condition (chilled/frozen), and
  • do not exhibit signs of abuse or adulteration.
