Double Cream Brie with Garlic and Herbs
Fromage D'affinois is a famous French double cream brie using pasteurised cows milk. It uses a patented ultra filtration technique which results in an extremely creamy and buttery texture which could easily be mistaken for more sinful triple cream cheeses. Mild and buttery with a very creamy melt in the mouth texture.
This version has generous amounts of garlic and herbs both mixed into the paste and coated on the rind for a delightful herbaceous twist.
