Taste: structured, with a solid but well balanced tannin, highlighting a slight acidity and freshness deriving from its young age and from the sandstone-rich soils.

Food pairings: it is excellent with meat-base first courses and noodles, starters, boards with cold cuts, aged cheese. Well matched with main dishes with meat in general.
