Grapes: Bianchello del Metauro 100%Vineyard: Ripalta, Cartoceto (PU) Altitude: 300 mt. S.l.m South West Facing Soil Type: clayey—siliceous
Harvest: harvested by hand with multiple passes, in the first 10 days of October Winemaking: white wine process, with a pressing of first selection
Maturation: 70% in stainless steel and 30% in tonneaux for 12 months.
Aging: In bottle for 12 months.

Features: it has a straw-yellow color, with aromas of citron, pistachio, almond, cling peaches, saffron, broom flowers, ginger, and caper. It has an explosive taste on the palate, with clean citrus, bergamot, and grapefruit hints.

Food pairings: it is excellent with crustaceans and shellfish starters, boards with cold cuts, semi-aged cheeses, fresh cheese, and also fresh seasonal fruit. It goes in a perfect match with main dishes with fish and tomato sauce, main dishes with white meat sauces and pork.
