Herdade Do Mouchao Courellas Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Finest extra virgin olive oil produced from Galega and Cobrancosa olives, handpicked from ancient trees, many of which are over 100 years old. Straw, citrine colour, very fresh on the nose, green apple and almond notes, mature, spicy and with a light bitter fresh. An excellent accompaniment to the best Mediterranean dishes.
Generally a lighter olive oil, perfect for salads and for serving with freshly baked bread, but also for gourmet cooking. In this blend we like to prioritise flavour and complexity, but acidity rarely climbs above 0.3%.
